Verb conjugation tells the person you are speaking to who you are talking about so there is no need to say the "I" or "you". Where in English you would have to say I want (Yo quiero), in Spanish you can just say the conjugated verb quiero.
I want → Yo quiero
You want → Tu quieres
He/she/it wants → Él/Ella/Eso quiere
We want → Nosotros queremos
They/you want → Ellos Ustedes quieren
I speak → Yo hablo
You speak → Tú hablas
He/she/it speaks → Él/Ella/Eso habla
We speak → Nosotros hablamos
They/you (plural) speak → Ustedes hablan
Currently studying for a Modern Languages degree so will use this blog as revision and to share the knowledge...some will be small extracts from my set books, not copied obviously!
